My AP scores came out recently, and I'm happy to tell you that I scored a 5 on the Computer Science exam. Thank you so much for preparing me so well to take the test. I really appreciate it, and I'm glad to have you as my teacher.
Thank you again!

Margaret tutored me for a few years starting in middle school. Her lessons were well thought out, individualized, and comprehensive. At the end of every lesson, I felt that I had nontrivially increased my understanding of Java. By the time I got to the end of grade 9, I had learned everything there was on the AP Computer Science A curriculum. When I took the AP test, I earned a 5 without doing any additional studying beyond what Margaret taught me.
I again received the benefit of her tutoring in my freshman year of college when I took a sophomore-level computer science class and earned an A with minimal studying while other students struggled. I again attribute this to Margaret's teaching going above and beyond the basic required material. Her instruction provided me with an instinct on how to approach problems with which I am unfamiliar. I believe this is the most valuable skill that she taught me.
